Recently finished reading The Nvidia Way by Tae Kim, a really enjoyable business book about a remarkable company. My main takeaway is that Jensen Huang has built an incredible high-performance culture at Nvidia and is without a doubt one of the greatest founders & CEOs of all time. However, this also means that there is probably significant key man risk at Nvidia.
