@YunRueiTsai 2026 YTD Return: +44.48% $NSDQ100 YTD:19.64% $SPX500 YTD:9.26% Why $AMAT (Applied Materials Inc) is one of my core AI infrastructure holdings. Memory demand is exploding. Memory supply is tight. Memory companies need to expand capacity. Capacity expansion needs equipment. That is where AMAT fits. Micron’s latest earnings confirmed the memory cycle is still strong: $22B customer commitments HBM / DRAM / NAND demand remains tight Supply constraints expected to last beyond 2027 Q4 capex expected around $10B This is important because $MU (Micron Technology, Inc.) is not the only beneficiary. If memory companies need to expand production, equipment suppliers benefit next. AMAT is one of the most important names in that chain. Why? AMAT is exposed to: $DRAM (Roundhill Memory ETF) equipment HBM production Advanced packaging Materials engineering Wafer fab equipment Process technology for next-generation memory Its own numbers also support the thesis: Q2 FY2026 revenue: $7.91B Revenue growth: +11% YoY Non-GAAP EPS: $2.86 Non-GAAP EPS growth: +20% YoY Management expects semiconductor equipment business to grow more than 30% in calendar 2026 Large banks have started raising AMAT price targets. Cantor Fitzgerald raised its target to $850. KeyBanc raised its target to $750. The market is starting to reprice AMAT as a direct AI infrastructure equipment beneficiary. That is why AMAT matters. AMAT is currently one of my larger holdings. My plan is clear: As long as the trend has not broken, as long as memory capex remains strong, as long as AMAT continues to show relative strength, I will keep AMAT as one of my core AI infrastructure positions. I am holding it because AMAT sits in the part of the AI supply chain where capital spending becomes revenue. The risk: If memory capex slows, if HBM demand weakens, or if AMAT loses relative strength, then the thesis needs to be reviewed. But for now, the data still supports the position. $KLAC (KLA Corp) $LRCX (Lam Research Corp) $GOOG (Alphabet) $SOXL (Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X ETF) $OIL $GOLD
