PORTFOLIO UPDATE LESSONS LEARNED August and early September saw a turbulent and volatile time for my portfolio, $ESTC (Elastic NV) and $FROG (Jfrog Ltd) both saw continued downside and began to break down from key support zones. Unfortunately; well positioned stop loss orders on both assets couldn't save me from the dreaded out of hours 'Gap down' which resulted in orders being filled at substantial losses on both assets. Both ESTC and FROG have now been cut from the portfolio as both have fallen in back into ranges and appear technically weak. Fortunately my stronger stock picks have negated almost all of these losses and the portfolio is, in my opinion, well positioned for a strong yearly close.
