PORTFOLIO UPDATE ✅ eToro Elite Popular Investor ✅ Heading for a fourth green month in a row? ✅ Up over 12% in 2025 The markets have moved up over 10% in the last four weeks and we have managed to close many short positions at the bottom. With plenty of spare cash we will wait for one more correction before starting to add long positions to the portfolio. The $NSDQ100 has moved up over 15% and we have timed the closing of most of our short positions in tech stocks very well. The exception being Netflix which did not come down sufficiently and the small remaining position has hit the stop loss thereby exiting our portfolio for good. We have closed more short positions during the last month (since our last update) in the following stocks: $BFAM (Bright Horizons Family Solutions) $CACC (Credit Acceptance) $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) $TSLA (Tesla Motors, Inc.) Buying back Tesla at $224 was a good move as the stock is currently priced at $276 which is 23% higher. Seeing as though the European market for new Tesla's has completely collapsed (UK down more than 60% over the last 12 months), new earnings over Q2 will not be positive - just like Tesla's earnings over Q1 were well below expected. It would be good to add short positions to this volatile stock but as it's still a crowd favourite, it may also move up further, even with a worsening future outlook. Tonight the Fed will announce the (new) rates but I expect them to remain the same which may cause the markets to move slightly also depending on the Fed's outlook for the coming months. Hopefully most of you managed to capitalise on last month's dip and thereby profiting nicely but don't forget to take (some) profits before the next correction appears. Once again, thank you new copiers and followers! Be patient and let's see what the coming years will bring us.
