Hello everyone! So today $NVO (Novo-Nordisk A/S SPONS ADR) announced their earnings, 1 day before they were supposed to. While the numbers for 2025 were better than expected, the guidance for 2026 was disappointing. I was expecting some growth and analysts were expecting a flat year, but the company is now guiding for a reduction in revenue and earnings of between 5% and 13%. While the company remains cheap by most valuations, this shows that my investment thesis was wrong. Because of this, I decided to reduce our exposure significantly, going down from about 15% to 5%. Even though the company saw a 14% drop today, we are flat on the trade at the moment since we are right at our average entry price. Also, last month I decided to trim our $GOOGL (Alphabet Inc Class A) position after it had ballooned to about 55% of our portfolio following an impressive run-up. I reduced the position to the current level of 45% and used some of the funds to open a new position in $MU (Micron Technology, Inc.), which is currently up by about 30%. After these movements, our cash position is the largest it’s ever been, sitting close to 18% of our portfolio. This gives us a strong position in case of a drawdown. Hope you all have a great week.
