I only had 1 thesis about $GOOG (Alphabet) when I started my initial position in Google that has held steady throughout their foray into the AI space. "Distribution", Google's ability to distribute digital consumer products to the masses was understated. Yes they fumbled their initial releases and sentiments turned sour (The undefeated propensity of Group Think, especially when a giant is involved; most are involved simply for the spectacle of seeing a tumbling giant). But there was very little doubt in my mind that in a race that involved technological development and speed to market that GOOG would find their footing and once resources were allocated and calibrated to execute, they would deliver. I predicted $300 ish range in the beginning of the year and I'm inclined to think we'll get there by the EOY.
