Even though the shutdown situation is resolved and a temporary budget is in place, the market is now getting nervous again about the correction that may follow next. There are no hard facts driving today’s drop — it’s mainly market nerves. For weeks and months, many have pointed out the, 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 particularly in the "𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿." Now we’re simply seeing some of that excess being released. As I always say (even if it sounds repetitive): 👉 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲. Sticking to the strategy and acting with discipline is what matters most in volatile times. 💼 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Even though there’s no specific new catalyst causing the decline — besides high valuations and a market that isn’t as optimistic as before — none of this is actually new. You could have made the same argument six months ago. Still, that doesn’t mean we should just sit and watch. When markets get nervous, they can develop their own momentum, and that’s why we’ve taken action — today and in recent days: ▪ $TSLA (Tesla Motors, Inc.) We’ve taken additional profits ▪ $MELI (MercadoLibre Inc) : We trimmed the position ▪ $RHM.DE (Rheinmetall AG) We’ve increased our allocation as a more stable anchor ▪ $B (Barrick Mining Corp) : Added exposure to gold for defensive balance These steps help strengthen the 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 during turbulent phases. The key now is not𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 or try to recover every dip immediately. Opportunities will return — and when they do, we’ll take them. That’s it from my side for today.
