💥 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗲 – 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼! Dear copiers, Just this Thursday, I published my weekly report – warning that a market correction might be around the corner. What I didn’t know was that Donald Trump apparently follows me on eToro and takes my posts a bit too seriously 😅 Because just one day later, our portfolio got hit hard. And yes, I can totally understand that some of you (especially new copiers) might have panicked a bit when you suddenly saw a deep red number next to your investment. 🚨 But before you hit the “Stop Copy” button in panic: take a deep breath! I want to give you some context, explain what happened, and share how I plan to move forward. 💬 First of all: we’re all in the same boat From Thursday to Friday, I personally lost around $4,000. So if you’re seeing losses – I feel them too. That’s the downside of not just “coaching” but actually being in the market myself. But it also shows: I’m with you in this – not standing on the sidelines. 💪 🧨 What happened? On Friday, President Trump announced new 100% tariffs on Chinese goods and additional export controls for critical software – in response to China’s new restrictions on rare earth exports. These materials are crucial for chips, EVs, and aerospace technology. The $HKG50 dropped -5.26% on Friday. The $SPX500 and $NSDQ100 followed the downtrend with -2.5% and -3.27% respectively. The Fear & Greed Index has now plunged into deep fear territory – almost “Extreme Fear.” 😨 🪙 And what about crypto? Our crypto positions (currently about 13.6% of the portfolio) reacted sharply, as risk assets usually do. $BTC dropped -6.8% at one point, and many altcoins fell even more. Unfortunately, our stop-loss protections triggered on $MANA and $LTC – ironically just before prices recovered 🙃 If those stops hadn’t been hit, we’d actually be back in profit today. That’s just bad luck. I’ve already reinvested the freed-up capital into $SUI – currently heavily oversold but with a clear stop-loss strategy in place as well. 💡 🔮 What’s next? Some of you asked for an outlook. Honestly, making precise predictions right now is difficult. The Hong Kong stock exchange opens again on Monday – which means our portfolio could dip a bit further as Asian markets react to the news. The stock market was already closed when the news hit on Friday, and only the index and ADRs traded in America, like $BABA (Alibaba-ADR), had a chance to react. Personally, I think there’s a good chance Trump is using these tariff threats as leverage to bring Xi Jinping back to the negotiating table – and that he might backtrack before November 1st. Wouldn’t be the first time his opinion turned as fast as the wind in Mar-a-Lago. 🌬️😅 So, short-term volatility will likely continue, but it’s probably too late for new short hedges. And who knows – maybe by next Friday we’ll already be talking about new all-time highs again (sarcasm included). 🧘 Bottom line: Stay calm & think long term Please don’t overthink this. Volatility is part of the game – and it separates the patient from the impulsive. I’m actively monitoring the situation and will make adjustments where necessary (e.g., through hedging). 👉 My request to you: Stay calm, stay invested, and keep your long-term perspective.
