This brings the portfolio to: 🚀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐘𝐓𝐃: +𝟏𝟏.𝟖𝟕% 🟢 📈 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝟐𝐘: +𝟓𝟐.𝟕𝟓% 🟢 After the volatility seen earlier this year, it is encouraging to see markets recovering and portfolio positioning performing strongly again. ⚛️ 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 The biggest winners this month were clearly the quantum computing positions: 🟢 $IONQ (IONQ Inc) 🟢 $RGTI (Rigetti Computing Inc) 🟢 $QBTS (D-Wave Quantum Inc) Growing institutional interest, improving sentiment around the sector, and increasing discussions about government investment into quantum technologies created strong momentum across the industry. The sector remains volatile, but long-term interest and investment continue to grow rapidly. 📈 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 This month I also made several trades on $USAR (USA Rare Earth Inc) and I’m happy to say that all closed positions were profitable trades 🟢. These trades were tactical opportunity trades alongside the core long-term investment strategy. 📉 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 Not every sector participated equally in the recovery. 🔴 $CVX.US (Chevron) was one of the weaker performers, mainly due to optimism around a potential ceasefire and easing geopolitical tensions, which pressured energy prices. Other weaker positions included: 🔴 $VFC (VF Corp) 🔴 $SBUX (Starbucks Corp) 🔴 $T.US (AT&T Inc) Short-term weakness in individual positions is normal and does not change the long-term strategy. 💰 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 As always, the portfolio generated strong cash flow through dividends during the month.
