𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 Howden Joinery Group PLC has been promoted to the FTSE 100 index. CRH PLC transferred its primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange, leading to its exit from the FTSE 100. Howden Joinery was replaced in the FTSE 250 by energy services firm Hunting PLC. CRH has initiated a new USD 1 billion share buyback program. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥: Howden Joinery's Promotion to FTSE 100 Howden Joinery Group PLC, a specialist kitchen and joinery supplier, has been promoted from the FTSE 250 to the FTSE 100 index. This move came as a result of CRH PLC transferring its primary listing from the London Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange. Howden Joinery was replaced in the FTSE 250 by energy services firm Hunting PLC. 𝐂𝐑𝐇'𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 CRH PLC, a building materials supplier, completed the transfer of its primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange. Consequently, CRH's American depositary shares were canceled and replaced by the right to receive ordinary shares. Although CRH will maintain its headquarters in Dublin, its shares will now be traded in London as a standard listing rather than a premium one. This led to CRH's exit from the FTSE 100 index. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐂𝐑𝐇 CRH has repurchased 17.7 million shares in London and Dublin since July. The company has also appointed Bank of America to conduct a new USD 1 billion share buyback program.
