When it comes to market updates -> these are the most important ones:
It has been 6 years and 7 months since we started investing together with my followers;
Unemployment Rate - 4.2% (vs 4.3% in terms of expectations);
CPI y/y - 3.5% (vs 3.8% in terms of expectations);
Advance GDP q/q - 1.5% (vs 2.1% in terms of expectations);
Federal Funds Rate - 3.75% (vs 3.75% in terms of expectations);
I would rate the portfolio I currently hold, from a cash flow, effective resource management, and competitive advantage perspective, at 4 out of 5 stars. I also believe that, based on my fundamental criteria, it’s currently impossible to create a 5-star portfolio that meets all my requirements.
I continue to closely monitor the geopolitical situation in Iran. At this stage, the conflict does not appear to be resolved and is still impacting the global economy.
