$GME (GameStop Corp.) After hours price movement is due to the CFO being replaced and “reportedly” layoffs.
From one article on MarketWatch “ Jajeh, a longtime Visa Inc.  employee, arrived in 2020 from Juul Labs, according to her LinkedIn profile; she previously served as interim CFO before GameStop hired Recupero”.
As for the layoffs, I’m not surprised given the current economic climate. Bear in mind that GameStop is one of the many companies that have started doing this and as such, it shouldn’t have come as a surprise.
In conclusion, I believe that this is just an overreaction.
