Look at the chart. In my time zone, the market opens at 10:30 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m. 🕔
It can be said that large volumes were traded at the opening and closing.
The opening movement reflects the negativity generated by relevant news or events. But I want to focus on the closing and the huge volume that was traded in the last half hour, especially the last five minutes. ♨️♨️
Many may say that this is normal behaviour, and they may be right.
Large funds or whales have to move slowly to leave as few traces as possible. A common practice is for them to trade heavily at the close so that others cannot react to their movements; in other words, they only show their cards at the end of the game. 🐳🐳
An isolated one-day movement means nothing, but if it keeps repeating itself, it is something to take into account. The fact that the market closes in the red with volume may indicate that they are getting rid of positions. The opposite is also true: a quiet day that closes in the green with volume may indicate that funds are buying and trying to go unnoticed. 🤫
