***Portfolio update*** Dear copiers and followers, Quick update: We have a year-to-date return of 9.43% and a month-to-date return of 0.88%. Our max risk score for the last 12 months is 4, with an average of 2-3. Last portfolio movements: • $LIT (Global X Lithium & Battery Tech ETF) : We closed the remaining position, achieving the target return of 30.68%. We will continue monitoring the market for new opportunities. • $SVXY (ProShares Short VIX Short-Term Futures ETF) : Similar to the previous one. The return was 29.26%. • $EWZ (Brazil Index MSCI Ishares) : In this case, we closed two positions: one that served as a placeholder and another that allowed us to reach the target return. Specifically, the returns were 5.33% and 29.26%, respectively. • $XOP (SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF) : We opened another position again this year (in our previous cycle this year, we've opened and closed two with the expected returns). The plan is to hold it and increase our exposure if we spot more attractive prices. • $USDMXN : I also added the last pending position for USDMXN. Since we've reached the exposure limit, we'll have to wait a bit longer. Given that the leverage is low and our position size is half of the rest, I'm not too worried, but the performance has indeed been relatively poor. Our portfolio structure and strategy (mainly in ETFs): • Bonds: ~41% • Commodities: ~6% • Equities: ~6% • Real State & infrastructure: ~3% • Volatility index: ~2% • Forex: 7% So far, the portfolio is performing well despite the uncertainty. The overall situation, and especially in the US, is quite complicated, with stagflation risks; we’ll see how it evolves and act accordingly. In portfolio terms, we have ups and downs across different assets, but the weighting is working well, and we’re gradually locking in gains. The main shadow over the portfolio right now is USDMXN — I’ll keep monitoring it closely to see how it develops.. Next fund contribution: 01/10/2025 (around 2.5%) Let’s keep winning! Best, Javier
