This suggests that capital with a long term orientation is accumulating even at elevated price levels, while the usual short term selling pressure appears to be largely absorbed. Strong hands appear to be stepping in, helping to underpin the market. That said, without fresh large buyer demand, price may remain rangebound or subject to correction. They claimed to outperform static pools by over 160%. It emphasises automation, low entry requirements, real-time strategy adjustment, and on-chain transparency, positioning itself as a step toward a fully autonomous AI-driven DeFi economy. The group noted that capacity rose by more than two percent, but passenger revenue slipped due to softer demand on certain transatlantic leisure routes and more competitive fares in Europe. Despite this, Chief Executive Luis Gallego described the results as strong, highlighting solid demand across premium travel segments and continued cost discipline within British Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus. He added that IAG remains on track to meet full-year targets, supported by record passenger numbers and improving operational efficiency. While the shares edged lower after the announcement, management’s tone remained confident about profitability and cash flow into year-end. The company said the North Atlantic market saw "some softness in US point of sale economy leisure", while prices across its airlines were lower in the European market because of "high growth by British Airways and more competitive markets elsewhere".
