Hey everyone, I’ll be rebalancing our portfolio this coming Monday to sharpen our focus on fast-growing tech names while adding a bit more stability in consumer and financial stocks. Here’s a quick rundown of the changes and why they’re happening: 1. Shifting Some Tech Weights I’ve decided to dial back our position in Microsoft a bit (taking partial gains) and boost $Apple and $NVIDIA. I believe Apple’s ecosystem remains incredibly resilient, and NVIDIA’s leadership in AI hardware is still a powerful growth catalyst. 2. Doubling Down on AI & Growth You’ll see increased positions in Meta (cost discipline + improving ad tech) and Tesla (EV plus AI/robotics potential). We’re also adding Broadcom for its key role in supplying data center components. I want to stay ahead of the curve on AI-driven opportunities. 3. Refreshing Consumer Exposure Walmart and Netflix are both new. Walmart offers steady growth and a strong e-commerce push, while Netflix is broadening its revenue streams with ad-supported tiers. These shifts help diversify away from pure tech. 4. Trimming Energy & Healthcare ExxonMobil gets trimmed after a great run in the energy space, and I’m simplifying our healthcare exposure by sticking with Eli Lilly (and trimming positions like UnitedHealth). This lets us concentrate on the most promising opportunities in that sector. 5. A Word on Departures We’re exiting Intel, Novo Nordisk, and J&J to streamline the portfolio. Intel’s lagging in advanced chips, Novo and J&J have also not served us too well, and I see stronger growth elsewhere. This rebalance should keep our portfolio well-positioned for the ongoing innovation wave, without losing sight of stability. As always, I’m keeping a close eye on macro conditions—especially interest rates, inflation, and consumer trends—to ensure we’re making balanced decisions.
