Portfolio Update | June 15, 2026 The macro catalyst we were waiting for finally arrived. Trump confirmed the US-Iran deal is now complete over the weekend, and markets opened sharply higher with the Nasdaq surging 2.38% and the S&P 500 gaining 1.49%. Oil dropped to around $80, easing inflation concerns and unwinding the rate hike fears that have weighed on tech all month. The portfolio responded well across the board. $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) at $212.32 (+3.47%) and $AVGO (Broadcom Inc) at $393.08 (+2.88%) finally getting the relief bounce after weeks of pressure. $GOOG (Alphabet) at $369.47 (+3.16%) one of the strongest performers today, recovering well from the $344 lows of last week. $NFLX (Netflix, Inc.) at $81.48 (+1.43%) joining the move, albeit still frustratingly rangebound overall. $SAP (SAP SE ADR) at €143.52 (+1.63%) and $CEM at €15.99 (+3.23%) both green. $CVS (CVS Health Corp) at $101.03 (-0.91%) the only red name, which is textbook rotation out of defensives into risk-on as the geopolitical overhang lifts. After carrying the portfolio all month, it's taking a well-earned backseat. Fed decision on Wednesday is the next key event, with markets pricing near certainty of no rate change as Iran deal eases the inflation picture. A clean hold from the Fed could push tech higher into the end of the week.
