🟢I am planning some changes in my portfolio in upcoming months
🟢 Banking industry is taking currently heavy hits especially in the U.S. which could indicate a good time to buy some of these. You can seek for safe heaven $JPM (JPMorgan Chase & Co) or something more challenging $C (Citigroup) however there are many more to be considered and currently I am in rendering process to balance profit/risk ratio.
🟢 Globally we can also observe two trends. Companies luring their employees back to the offices and at the same time tremendous drop in CRE (Commercial Real Estate) industry. This could be also an opportunity that I am heavily considering. For example you can check $BXP (Boston Properties Inc) or $DLN.L (Derwent London PLC) but there are many more of course
