The US reached this debt around October 22, 2025, with an increase of 1 trillion dollars, from 37 trillion to 38 trillion, taking place in approximately 71 days. The average rate of debt growth was extremely fast, for example, during the government shutdown, which lasted 23 days, the debt increased by more than 382 billion dollars, or approximately 192,200 dollars per second. I don't think it's a bubble, but I don't think the economy is doing well either. This can't be done indefinitely either, because at some point those investments will need to be converted into profit.
