Hospitals and other facilities donโ€™t usually just move, whereas regular renters like you and me do have this added risk. It creates a stable environment, the company operates in the US, where the healthcare is mostly for profit, putting lesser of a pressure on making rent and maintenance of the property more feasible and therefore also mitigating the possibility of occurring costs if a health center does move.
