I find it difficult to understand that so many people invest in $MSTR (Strategy Inc) , knowing that to pay the high dividends of the preferred shares, they must print and sell more shares, issue more preferred shares like $STRC (Strategy Prf A (Stretch var.)) with high dividends, or sell $BTC There appears to be no other option.. I don't see any difference between this and a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) scheme. If I am wrong someone please correct me. I am all ears. Update: just saw a tweet where he claims he designed $STRC talking with AI for few hours. I can't verify authenticity of the video posted in the tweet. https://x.com/i/status/2067628541257429213
