Looking only at those numbers, it would be easy to think something is wrong.
But investing is about context.
Over 5 years, the portfolio is still up 174%.
Since inception, it’s up 258%.
Every long-term investor eventually faces periods where recent decisions lead to red numbers. The market doesn’t reward conviction immediately.
The real question isn’t “How much am I down?”
It’s “Has my investment thesis changed?”
