Dear copiers / followers 🚀 Yesterday the portfolio gained a lot. When something rises so hard, it is expected that investors will take profits. But still enjoy the winning of yesterday! 🫸 Yesterday i sold $SLG (SL Green Realty Corp.) Why? 🔸 The yield of this stock has gone down to below 5 %. It is to low! I do like the monthly payments, to balance out my portfolio, but this is to low. 🔸 Second of all: Last week the stock rose more than 13 %. Which is a lot. I had this stock since the beginning (December 2022). Since is rose more then 54 %. If the dividends do not rise, it is better to take the profits! 🔸 Some Analyst (fi. Reuters) believe SLG will post a lost tomorrow. Some see (look at Etoro) the stock more going down. For me: better be safe then sorry => sell. 💰 The portfolio did received yesterday dividends from: $GNL (Global Net Lease Inc) $ACRE (Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation) 💰 And today is ex-date of $AKRBP.OL (Aker BP ASA) . 60 ct a share, yield 9.8%, pay-date 25 July! 🔭 And tomorrow 3 more payments: BDN NAT PSEC 😈 Fred 🔥 Copy - lay back - let me do the work - and earn a passive income! 🔥
