This month, our best performing holding was also our largest: $BAG.L (A.G. Barr PLC) climbed up 80p per share (13%) to reach new highs. Our longest holdings have gained 50% since we opened the position, all while the company has continued to pay us dividends throughout our coverage. Our second largest holding, $HPQ (Hewlett Packard), fell 7% this month, undoing some of the recent gains we had from our position. This fell on the news releases on U.S tariffs. While this certainly has an impact on the company, the core business remained unchanged and so we grew our position. This newer holding has gained 5% since opening at the start of the month. Finally, we opened up a small position in $VOO (Vanguard S&P 500 ETF) as markets dropped as well. This is to take advantage of the cheaper overall market and reduce our cash position until an opportunity comes up invest a greater proportion of our funds in. Take a look at my pinned post to learn more about my investment strategy, which combines value and dividend investing to generate steady income with significant potential for growth! πŸ“ŒπŸ’°πŸ“ˆ ✈✈✈
