💸 How to invest in hyperinflation?
With the recent debt ceiling increase, the US decided that it wanted to go down the path of higher debt and inflation. The EU and China have also chosen the same path.
The surge in yields means there is not much demand for US debt and the FED will soon have to step in.
But what happens when the inflation is high, and we start to see bad earnings?
I expect we will see a stagflation when Q2 earnings start to roll in, and the tariffs impact. In a stagflationary environment stocks and bonds will underperform, as everyone rushes to hard assets like $GOLD and $BTC. When inflation is high holding cash will also not be an option.
As I have been pointing out for months, the amount of currency they will need to print to effectively reset the debt system is going to be mind-melting.
