Tech stocks have taken a well overdue battering in recent weeks. We haven't been completely immune with $IBM (International Business Machines Corporation (IBM)), $ADP (Automatic Data Processing Inc) and $PAYX (Paychex Inc) all losing 20% of their recent valuations. The end of the month is this coming Sunday when my monthly contribution is due to go in. I was looking at $OHI (Omega Healthcare Investors Inc) when $MAIN (Main Street Capital Corp.) announced their next three distribution dates and that they were going to do another special distribution in March of 30¢. Too good to miss! My other stock is most likely the company that has lost out the most from this fallout - currently $ADP. My purchase of a piece of $WM (Waste Management Inc) when I was getting $WCN (Waste Connections Inc) was rewarded with a whopping 14.9% rise in the dividend. Other companies that have raised their dividends is $PLD (Prologis Inc) (5.9%) and $KO (Coca-Cola) (2.9%).
