π— π—’π—‘π—§π—›π—Ÿπ—¬ π—¨π—£π——π—”π—§π—˜β€¨β€¨ Markets showed modest improvement in September, buoyed by strength in defensive sectors. Notably, our positions in healthcare - Pfizer ($PFE) and Merck ($MRK) contributed positively, as investors rotated into stable, dividend-paying names amid ongoing macro uncertainty. Both companies delivered reassuring updates, reinforcing confidence in their earnings durability. These gains were partially offset by losses in our hedged position via $SQQQ (ProShares UltraPro Short QQQ) as tech rebounded and the Nasdaq outperformed. While this detracted from short-term performance, we view the hedge as prudent given continued valuation risk in growth-heavy indices. We remain focused on capital preservation and selective risk-taking, maintaining a balanced stance as we head into Q4. Upcoming economic data and central bank signals will be key in shaping our tactical positioning. Best Regards Ann
