$KO (Coca-Cola) is part of our portfolio as a stability asset. Coca-Cola has a history of stable value growth since basically ever. Since 2012 the company stock value grew roughly 60% which is aprox. 6,7%/year (and yes that included Coronavirus bear market in the first trimester of 2020) Apart from the consistent growth, Coca-Cola consistently pays a dividend of around 3% which is not amazing comparing for example with ATT but when joined with she stock value growth, adds confidence to the long term position. Like it or not, our system is capitalism and Coca-Cola definition is pretty much the Diamond of the Capitalism Crown in my opinion. At least in terms of consistency. Regardless the innumerous attacks on its business model specially because of the nature of the products it sells, it is a company which was able to reinvent itself innumerous and diversify the products it sells to be the giant it is today, and I believe will keep on being. Donโ€™t be mistaken Coca-Cola doesnโ€™t only sell coca-colas. My decision is also consistent with most analystโ€™s analysis at the time of writing. Coca-Cola price is 53,08$ and the price target 56 in the pessimist approach and 62 in the optimist. A long HOLD and/or BUY. Translate
