We need to analyze businesses and not get carried away by FOMO. In certain companies and sectors, you can feel foolish for a while wondering why you are not invested in them, but eventually the water always finds its level and things return to their fair value. That’s why valuation is very important, at least for me.
In my opinion, the market is currently in a state of euphoria in some sectors, while in others there are still opportunities and many undervalued companies that nobody wants today… but they eventually will.
Be rational and remember what Warren Buffett said: “Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.”
