I've just opened a position using 0.35% of my equity. Vici offers attractive value right now, sitting at technical support with a P/E of around 10.6x which is fairly low for a REIT. Locking in a 6.36% yield. For those considering VICI for the first time, I think it offers an attractive entry point.
