Hello everyone, a quick monthly update on what I'm adding to the portfolio: This month was focused on REITs that should benefit from the future rebound of the property markets: Carmila $CARM.PA (Carmila SA): French owner of Carrefour shopping centers. Home Co Daily Needs $HDN.ASX (HomeCo Daily Needs REIT): Australian owner of shopping malls. Sun Hung Kai $00016.HK (Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd): Chinese office REIT focused on Hong Kong. Gecina $GFC.PA (Gecina): French office REIT with exposure to Paris and Lyon. China Resources Land $1109.HK (China Resources Land): Chinese development REIT focused on the mainland. Other additions: Golden Ocean Group $GOGL.OL (Golden Ocean Group): Norwegian shipping company with high dividends and great risk/reward ratio. Alibaba $BABA (Alibaba-ADR): Chinese Amazon, progressing in cloud and AI, increasing exposure to AI in Asian markets. Rheinmetall $RHM.DE (Rheinmetall AG): German defense giant, increasing exposure to Europe's defense industry. As always, I don't expect immediate profits; this is a long-term game.
