Market Report – Year in Review & Outlook The past year was an interesting and opportunity-driven period for the portfolio, with several strong months supported by active positioning and selective risk-taking. Market conditions allowed for multiple profitable opportunities throughout the year. However, heightened volatility in November had a noticeable impact on performance and reduced the overall annual result. Increased uncertainty around macroeconomic factors and interest rate expectations led to sharper market moves, while December remained cautious with ongoing consolidation. Despite this, the year delivered valuable experience and important insights into risk management during volatile market phases. Looking ahead, we expect a more constructive market environment. In particular, the outlook for declining interest rates should support risk assets and improve market sentiment. This creates a solid foundation for a potential recovery and comeback in the coming year.
