$EURUSD Analisisciclico’s RIGH NOW PHOTO = TIME TO GO DOWN
Following my previous post regarding the underlying situation, the odds are high for a bearish shape in the current 80-day cycle. This means we will likely see prices fall below its starting point at 1,1410.
In the image, we can see the current FLD interactions (from A to H)—eight waves that interact with the 20-day cycle FLD inside the current 80-day cycle.
I went long on the C wave, exiting around 1,1700. I then began shorting the market with an average entry price of 1,1720. However, the market climbed higher than I expected, pushing past its target of 1,1730.
Having said that, I have had to wait for the possible end of an upward E-wave to look for new downward signals, which have now started to appear.
1) The window to form the D-trough has almost passed. This may be a sign of a subdued trough and a straddle trough (minimal trough and topping formation), indicating it is time for the E-wave's development.
2) Potential E-wave failure. Taking into account my previous post regarding a negative underlying trend and the fact that we are around the middle of the 80-day cycle, the central topping will likely be neutral or bearish. It is time for it to top out (although I expected this earlier due to the negative underlying trend).
3) Mathematical indicators are pointing down, not only intraday but also showing topping formations on the daily charts.
With all of this in mind, my only choice is to go short.
