Dear copiers and follower, I would like to take a moment to update you on the current restructuring phase of our portfolio. Over the past weeks and months, markets have shown how important durability, predictability and cash-flow-strength truly are. With that in mind, we are now actively reshaping our allocation toward what I call a dividend-strong "Iron Core" – consisting primarily of stable Dividend Aristocrats and Dividend Kings with real moat advantages, defensive balance sheets, and decades of uninterrupted shareholder returns. The idea behind this shift is simple: we want greater long-term income stability, lower volatility and more resilience against macro uncertainty. Companies with proven dividend discipline have historically weathered market cycles better, continued paying and growing dividends even in challenging phases, and provided attractive total-return potential over time. Our target is an Iron Core that delivers steadily increasing distributions, supported by high-quality fundamentals, while requiring less tactical repositioning. At the same time, several of our satellite positions – holdings with higher growth orientation, thematic exposure or more cyclical behavior – will be evaluated and partly re-allocated. These satellites remain important for overall upside potential, but their weighting will be carefully adjusted so that they complement, instead of dominate, the portfolio’s long-term character. This creates a more balanced and strategic blend of stable cash-generators at the center and selected value-enhancing ideas around it. A restructuring phase always takes time, and changes do not happen overnight. However, each adjustment is made with the same objective: strengthening recurring dividend income while maintaining sustainable growth. The outcome will be a portfolio that can deliver dependable cash flows, yet still participate in relevant opportunities ahead. Thank you for continuing to follow the journey.
