Month End Report: Ottobre 2025 🟢
Il mese di settembre del nostro portafoglio, è stato ancora una volta positivo: +0.07%. Il risultato purtroppo benchè positivo non è stato dei migliori: infatti eravamo ben sopra l'1,5% di guadagno a 3 giorni dalla fine del mese. Le ultime tre giornate ci hanno fatto mangiare quasi tutto il guadagno del mese, complici in particolare i risultati delle trimestrali di molte aziende abbastanza deludenti, ed in particolare di $SGO.PA (Compagnie de Saint-Gobain S.A.) nostra principale azione, che sta vivendo un momento non esaltante (benchè i risultati degli earnings sono stati buoni). vedremo di rifarci a novembre!
In ogni caso sul 2025 siamo a 9 mesi verdi su 10.
Ricordo infine che l'obiettivo di questo portafoglio è di raggiungere una percentuale pari al 14%-15% annuale, e ad oggi siamo ampiamente sopra il target.

1. After careful research, I only buy stocks and ETFs with possibly dividends or with ample room for growth, and having a solid economic structure
2. I do not operate in short, so if you want to copy me, know that the results will be obtained over a medium/long time horizon. abstain those who want to earn everything at once
3. when the stock reaches the target take profit (usually the average value of analysts evaluated on multiple trading and information sites), it is sold and the proceeds reinvested monthly
4. if the pre-established target is not reached, in any case an annual return is assured by the stock's dividend, and there is no capital blocked at all
5. if a stock falls below 5/6% of its purchase value, I act by averaging on the basis of the stock's growth possibilities at that given historical moment (action done monthly)
6. if a stock stops paying dividends, it will be replaced as soon as possible, with one that offers better guarantees
7. I try to diversify both across many stocks and across many sectors, and across many markets
8. I DO NOT work with leverage
9. About halfway through the month, depending on financial availability, I usually introduce new liquidity into the account, in order to buy new interesting stocks
10. I check and adjust the target take profit of each stock based on analysts' changes, weekly
if you want to copy me remember to activate the copying of active positions, and to use a minimum budget of at least $ 1000. Also within the limits of your possibilities, try to make periodic additions (better if monthly) so as to gradually increase your earnings and keep the copy aligned.
