Update for copiers. The last couple of weeks have seen all time highs again. This performance has happened regardless of steps I have taken to lower risk in this time. The portfolio now has around 10% cash equivalent in Euros : $XEON.DE (Xtrackers II EUR Overnight Rate Swap UCITS ETF) and also still holding a short hedging position on the $SPX500 There is never a guarantee, but the aim with these is to avoid large drawdown if/when the US market has a correction. Pleasingly we have also still captured the upside of the current market due to some great individual stock performance. [Side note: The US stock market looks dangerously overpriced when you look at metrics like the 'Buffett indicator' and the 'Shiller PE' . Being aware of this together with current US trade policy has formed my overarching current strategy of avoiding US based investment] Just to mention some of the current great performers: $ETH which is really just in the portfolio for diversification, it is too volatile to hold a larger position, it has recently bounced back from its long awaited all time high in the past few days, sentiment is still strong and further gains possible. $FUTU (Futu Holdings Ltd-ADR) which I don't think I have written about, has had an exceptional performance in the short time I have had it in the portfolio. It is a fintech trading all-in-one app business and was at a very cheap value to its growth. Its gone up 80% in around 3 months so obviously not so cheap anymore but holding for now. $2601.HK (China Pacific Insurance) Is still growing strongly. This pick I am especially pleased with as this was, and still is, under everyone's radar. It is a solid company at a very cheap price, not quite as cheap as it was but still well undervalued. Having a few great performers like these can lift the whole portfolio and I am still looking for new opportunities which will be the next great performers. That's enough for now I think. Thanks again all my new and not so new copiers! I do appreciate it and I never take it for granted the trust you have put in me. Paul
