Weekly recap - 2nd year - week 19 (Nov 27- Dec 1) S&P continues to be in a very good mood due to further increasing rate rate hopes, so I closed again many trades highlighted by my algorithm. 57 trades closed this week. All green, with gains ranging from 0.1% to 50.58% (You can check all of them and more of my trades in details by going to my profile, then click portfolio, then click on the 'portfolio' headline and change it to 'history' and select the desired time interval.) Furthermore I initiated 5 new positions to strengthen my Dividend portfolio (now it has 40 different stocks). The new ones are : $PRU (Prudential Financial Inc) , $PFE (Pfizer) , $MMM (3M) . $PM (Philip Morris International Inc) , $VZ (Verizon) These are very strong free cash flow generating businesses with strong (though not exceptional) dividend rate which they deliver reliably (so far :)) This brought down a bit my wFDY figure, but overall will bring more dividend to the portfolio. Adding new money to the portfolio changed negatively my realized equity change % obviously, but it is a math problem, not a performance issue :)) I plan to introduce 3 more from the gas & oil sector when the numbers show a possible good entry position. Just as a reminder I never sell these positions entirely (only adding or substracting small portions based on the algorithm) until they pay some acceptable level dividend, so I plan with those to remain with me possibly forever :) (You can also read about my strategy in my first pinned post) Realized equity change*: +21.35% 💚 S&P change*: +15.98% Realized equity change 2nd year**: +4.78% 💚 S&P change in the 2nd year**: +1.31% wFDY***: 8.87% 💚 This week I got dividends in the core dividend portfolio from $FSK (FS KKR Capital Corp) , $ARR (ARMOUR Residential REIT Inc) , $ABR (Arbor Realty Trust Inc) , $PBR (Petroleo Brasileiro SA Petrobras-ADR) and $SBRA (Sabra Health Care REIT Inc) See You next week, have fun! *Both S&P and my equity change (realized equity gain/loss) is measured against the eod 22nd of July 2022 (our inception date here on eToro). **Both S&P and my equity change (realized equity gain/loss) is measured against the eod 22nd of July 2023 (the start of our 2nd year here on eToro) ***Weighted average Forward Dividend Yield on cost base of the dividend portfolio (Group 1 - currently 40 stocks) measured at the end of the given week
