Today, it was again my great pleasure to be a guest on the Danish podcast Millionærklubben (The Millionaire's Club). I talked about my general views on the markets including tariffs and the Big Beautiful Bill. We also covered my positive views on the defense and renewables sectors. I talked in some detail about the companies: $FSLR (First Solar, Inc.) , $IBE.MC (Iberdrola) and $EMAAR.AE (Emaar Properties PJSC) . I mentioned that Emaar has a strong defensible position in the construction, property, and related markets in the United Arab Emirates along with a good international expansion opportunity that is already underway. They build buildings a lot cheaper than they sell them and can continue to do so, raking in exorbitant profits along the way. I also happen to live in an Emaar building and walk past their construction sites often - so it's an easy one to keep a close eye on for me. Finally, we also had a good discussion on the future of crypto and stablecoins.
