The portfolio rebounded yesterday. Over the last 2 months whenever there is a 1-2 day drop in AI stocks, it's followed by a recovery. After-hours Micro report revenue and EPS significantly above Wall Street estimates and the stock is up over 15% in after-hours trading. Will be interesting to see if it holds on market open and we see a nice gap. That will surely affect the rest of our portfolio in a positive way. Don't be surprised if Micron ignites a new fire that will push the AI trade higher in the next few weeks. $GLW (Corning Inc) +6.0% -> New 52-week high GLW The company declared its quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share, payable September 29, while several analysts maintain constructive price targets above current levels $GEV (GE Vernova LLC) +2.2% CNBC reports that Microsoft buys seven GE Vernova turbines for Texas data center with Chevron. The cost to buy a turbine has gone up 300% in last few years with a cost now of $250-300m. The energy sector which was the worse performing yesterday with XLE down -1.6%. $DOW (Dow Inc.) -3.2% As oil prices drop, investors are re-accessing petrochemicals which is affecting chemical companies such as Dow. Citigroup analyst Patrick Cunningham maintains Buy but lowers the price target from $41 to $35.
