Today the first time I opened the app in the morning, I was happy, it looked like a green day.
Took another look in the afternoon, and the $SPX500 was up 1.5% and the $NSDQ100 up almost 2%. I thought, oh eventually $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) strong earnings did manage to cheer up the market and clear all doubts!
And then I took another look at dinner time, and the $SPX500 was down 2% and the $NSDQ100 down 3%.
And I thought, ouh, wtf happened? That is a big swing!
Seems like the job report was better than anticipated, which then trigger rate cut concerns for December etc. Nothing dramatic in my opinion.
Anyway, to navigate the current market volatility, ๐บ๐ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ.
It's based on two things:
๐ I don't know if the markets will crash from where we are (AI bubble popping) or will rebound (healthy correction)
๐ My top portfolio holdings (Virbac, CTP, Elis) are not tech companies nor AI related and I hold 25% of bonds in the portfolio

Ex: if the market goes down 5%, I will close 5% of my bond holdings to rotate into equities and cryptos, and so on so forth. We have a decent amount of gunpowder to play with.
