$UK100 has plenty of room left yet Why did Rishi Sunak call the general election early. Just as the $UK100 was gaining momentum in comes another piece of uncertainty in this VUCA world. That said, it won't last for long. In my mind the UK is the place to be for the next 12 -18 months. It is simply undervalued. The biggest piece of evidence for this is the M & A activity going on. $AAL.L (Anglo American) - bid rejected at a 20% premium to share price. $HL.L (Hargreaves Lansdown) - bid rejected at 20% premium to share price. $IDS.L (International Distributions Services PLC) -bid agreed and confirmed at 10% above share price $SMDS.L (DS Smith PLC) - bid agreed and confirmed at 20% above share price Even with the recent uptick in valuations there is still plenty of scope in the $UK100 . Not only that the, US is going to be a tough place to invest once the full impact least demanded rematch in history ( Trump - Biden) starts to truly impact. I am expecting 9000 within the next 12 months. In the meantime I will just count and reinvest my dividends. Good luck in your trading
