Dear Investors and Followers, Although I haven’t been very active in discussions lately, today I’d like to invite you to reflect on a topic that keeps coming up more and more frequently – cryptocurrency investments. I was recently contacted by an “investment advisor” who called me to offer what he described as an exceptional opportunity to grow my capital through their “special” investment platform. According to him, it was a one-time offer that wouldn’t come around again. I’ve been receiving more and more of these types of calls – ranging from real estate investments and corporate bonds to CFD contracts. This time, however, it was about cryptocurrencies. The advisor claimed they currently had an exclusive opportunity to invest in lesser-known cryptocurrencies that were “poised for meteoric growth.” Supposedly, their value was expected to increase by hundreds of percent within just a few weeks, and their clients were allegedly earning average returns of 90% per year. Honestly, I can’t even remember the name of the company – but that’s beside the point. I’m not here to debate whether such returns are possible with cryptocurrencies. Yes, some people have made incredible profits, while others have lost everything. In many cases, these offers turn out to be nothing more than well-executed scams. And in case you’re wondering whether I gave the offer any serious thought? No. I would never invest my money in such questionable projects – and I would certainly never recommend them to anyone. In fact, I’m not even sure what was riskier – the obscure cryptocurrencies or the unknown company with a platform no one has heard of. Honestly, I don’t understand who would go for something like that. But if you're considering such an offer, please do your due diligence. Research thoroughly, ask questions, and look for credible references. Once your money is gone, it may be too late to get it back. Personally, I stick to well-established platforms like eToro. While investing in stocks typically yields “only” a few percent annually, at least it makes sense to me – it’s transparent, grounded in reality, and backed by data. What about you? Have you come across similar offers? Do you invest in cryptocurrencies? I’d love to hear your thoughts – feel free to share them in the comments.
