Potential Price-RSI Divergence in $DIS (Walt Disney)
Very interesting risk-reward set-up
I have never paid much attention to this stock.
However, while we have experienced a very bullish market (especially in tech) the whole year, Disney has been a disaster.
Company-specific issues, sure.
Bob Iger took care of noticing the market that things were not going well.
That said, let's forget all about the fundamentals.
The chart speaks for itself.
This is an area that has acted as support on multiple occasions, and in very critical ones (as COVID).
The RSI stopped going down, while the price was still decaying.
That's what's called divergence.
This divergence usually is a reversal sign.
I'm betting on that.
If I'm wrong, I have a clear line on the sign below.
If the price goes below that line, it would be incredibly bearish.
