This company is up 70% (!!!!) since we've invested in it. And it's been only 23 days. $HEPS (D-Market Elektronik Hizmetler Ve Ticaret As) is an undervalued e-commerce from Turkiye. (details below) Finding companies whose intrinsic value exceeds their current market price. This is my passion. I am not a fan of randomly diversifying my portfolio to then not be able to beat the market. This is why I put in the effort to do a deep research on companies that sound interesting. Numbers speak for themselves. And the fact that nobody ever spoke about this company ever, does too. Mostly I am being asked: FinancialFemme, when is the best time to copy you? Nobody spoke about this amazing company on eToro, ever. Let me change that. $HEPS (D-Market Elektronik Hizmetler Ve Ticaret As) is a successful Istanbul-based e-commerce. Back in 2000, the company only sold computers online. Now they have a good reputation for selling everything from A-Z. Hepsiburada (English for: “Everything is here”) is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Eastern Europe and the Middle East and Africa and one of the fastest growing in Europe. Impressively, they are much more successful than Amazon in Türkiye and have +10 million active customers in Turkey, a country with hugely attractive growth prospects! The company's small market cap is just USD 713.47M. Yes, you read that right. When Hepsiburada went public in 2021, it raised USD 800m of additional equity from investors. At its peak, the company was valued at nearly USD 5 billion. In my decision I’ve also considered the demographics in Turkiye: The country has 84 million people (more than Germany) and an average age of just 32 years. I believe in this company and I am confident we’ll benefit from their growth. Let me share some Financial and Operational Highlights of the 1st Quarter of this year: - Revenue increased by 45.0% to TRY 11,309.6 million compared to TRY 7,800.5 million in Q1 2023. - Number of orders increased by 21.7% to 29.3 million compared to 24.1 million orders in Q1 - Free cash flow was positive TRY 1,029.6 million compared to negative TRY 259.3 million in Q1 2023. Numbers speak for themselves clearly. Finding hidden gems is what I like – this is exactly where growth happens: Finding companies that are actually more worth than their current price.
