The company operates through Energy Distribution and Renewable Electricity Production segments for commercial and industrial customers in Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬:
- revenue: 3,33bn Eur - no change compared to last year
- net income: 130mil Eur - a decrease of 24% compared to last year
- net debt: 1,49bn Eur - an increase of 10%
- cash from operation: 286mil Eur - an increase of 18%
The Caribbean region delivered a solid H1 and the expectations are even higher for the rest of the year. The guidance for EBITDA is between 725 and 775mil for the year, dividend growth is also confirmed.
$RUI.PA is that type of boring company in a boring sector that almost nobody would touch. At this point we are getting a 7-8% dividend (which is increasing) from a developing company.
The renewable segment is still not offer anything but it could be a bonus for the patient investors.
