Hi everyone! I have always been a huge fan of TED Talks. They provided knowledge and companionship back when I worked at Mastercard HQ and I had more than 5 hours of daily commute 😫 One of my all-time favourite talks comes from 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗲: “10 ways to have a better conversation”. This is a talk that I listen to often and that I also recommend to all of my coaching clients. One of the tips she shares is the power of open questions as they make people stop for a moment and really think about their answer 🤔 This is exactly what recently happened to me… This month I was featured in 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐚, an important financial publication in Romania 📰 During this interview, we discussed my views for 2026.
