He's basically saying Full Self-Driving unsupervised is now live.
You can now buy a car, activate FSD, and it will take you wherever you need to go, without you being required to pay attention. This hasn't happened before, ever. Not on a Tesla, not on any other brand.
The implications are enormous and the ripples this caused will travel throughout human history for centuries.
