June Performance Update June took a bit of a breather, closing at -3.22%. But context is everything: despite a red month, our year-to-date for 2026 remains solid and firmly positive at +5.81%. A few thoughts on what happened this month and where we are heading: – Capitalizing on volatility: We actively used the recent geopolitical noise and market dips to shop for quality. During these market dips, we added to Novo Nordisk ($NOVO-B.CO (Novo Nordisk B A/S)) and officially opened a new position in Munich Re ($MUV2.DE (Muenchener Rueck AG)), securing both at excellent, low entry prices. – Portfolio management: My core strategy is strictly about holding for the long term. There is only one exception in the entire portfolio: Netflix ($NFLX (Netflix, Inc.)). It is the only position I will close, but only once it hits the specific take profit target I've already set. Everything else stays. Looking ahead, I have already targeted a select group of world-class monopolies and compounding machines that I will start accumulating through our monthly PAC over the coming months. – Key Metric: Our average holding time has now reached 10.5 months. This is a crucial indicator for our strategy, and the goal from here on is to increase this number exponentially as the portfolio matures. – Risk & Horizon: The risk score is steady at 4. No impulsive moves, just steady accumulation. Short-term fluctuations don't worry me; they are just the necessary fuel to buy great companies at better prices. Moving into July: July has started in the best possible way. We are seeing a great performance right out of the gate, heavily driven by Mastercard ($MA (Mastercard)), which is pushing strong and lifting the entire portfolio's P&L. Stay tuned. $MUV2.DE $NOVO-B.CO $NFLX $MA $MSFT (Microsoft) $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) $AMZN (Amazon.com Inc) $ALV.DE (Allianz SE) $JNJ (Johnson & Johnson) $NESN.ZU (Nestle SA) $CVX.US (Chevron) $PLTR (Palantir Technologies Inc.)
