$BTCUSD A STRATEGIC BUY (Part 2) Many investors and traders argue that the BTC bear market isn't over yet, but I remain of the opposite opinion. What isn't making headlines is that many cyclic analysts point out BTC is behaving like a pure 'Hurst market'. Beyond just the philosophical implications, this is a very interesting development. Here it is one of the most important Hurst Principle J.M. Hurst’s Principle of Synchronicity (Synchronous Troughs) In J.M. Hurst's cyclic theory of financial market movements, the Principle of Synchronicity (often referred to as the Principle of Synchronous Troughs) is a foundational rule explaining how cycles of different durations interact with one another. The principle states that when multiple cycles of different lengths reach their absolute minimums (troughs or bottoms), they tend to do so at the exact same time. Conversely, market cycles do not generally synchronize at their peaks (crests). Key Mechanics of the Principle Trough Alignment: If you have a short-term cycle (e.g., 10 days), a medium-term cycle (e.g., 20 days), and a long-term cycle (e.g., 40 days), there will be specific points in time where all three hit their mathematical bottoms simultaneously. Asynchronous Peaks: While the bottoms line up perfectly, the tops of these cycles will occur at different times due to their different wavelengths. This creates complex, jagged topping patterns in price action. The "Nesting" Effect: Because a longer cycle is essentially composed of several shorter cycles, a long-term trough will always be accompanied by the troughs of all shorter nested cycles.
