As of now, the portfolio has seen a 5.54% increase this month.
A standout performer was GDS, which saw its price rally from approximately 25 to a peak of 52 within just a few weeks. I entered the position at 27, and at one point, the gains from this stock contributed to about a 10% uplift in portfolio's overall value. However, harboring some wishful thinking, I missed a prime opportunity to sell half of my holdings when there were clear indications to take profits. Consequently, the stock plummeted to 38 in two days, ultimately resulting in the position adding less than 5% to the portfolio's value.
This trade imparted invaluable lessons, and I will handle such opportunities more effectively in the future.
